This exclusive ritual is inspired by Swedish massage and deep tissue massage - two good techniques recognized for the muscular relaxation they provide. Intense movements, warming with kneading, combined with relaxing ice bubbles, gives a symphony of heat exchange on the skin surface. Relaxing warmth and freshness follow each other, in order to release stress and harmonize and balance the body. This spa ritual also includes body scrub and hydrabath.

Mer des Indes Spa Ritual - harmony of body & mind

Rebalancing ritual based on the ancient Ayurvedic techniques and scents. The five senses are stimulated through this ritual. Start with a Ginger body scrub and then a milk bath followed by a harmonizing massage that skillfully combines gentle and enveloping movements and more toning movements to harmonize body and mind using the science of Marmas and yoga.
